Yidaki Meditation with Lionel Lauch

This unique guided meditation session, set amongst the native landscapes of the Cranbourne Botanic Garden, is specially designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to stop and reflect during this special cultural week. Led by Gunditjmara Kirrae Wurrung-Bundjalung man Lionel Lauch, this yidaki (didgeridoo) meditation session will immerse participants in the rhythmic primal sounds of the Yidaki which move through the body and ground participants in the land.

Suitable for people aged 12 and over.

This program is presented as part of NAIDOC Week 2022.

Please wear loose clothes that you can sit comfortably in. Mats are provided. You will need to bring your own pillows and blankets if required. Please bring any personal aids such as specialist support pillows or braces.
