Horticultural Internship Program

Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria now offers a Horticultural Internship Program at Melbourne Gardens.

The Internship Program is a seasonal program that is unpaid, practically based, and ‘hands on’ that provides a great learning opportunity in one of the world's finest botanic gardens.

The Internship Program is ideal for anyone currently enrolled in and pursuing studies at a degree or certificate granting post-secondary academic institution, or a student who has graduated from such an institution within the last twelve months. An intern can extend their knowledge through hands-on training and work experience alongside qualified horticultural technicians and other professionals in a world-renowned botanic garden.
