Noeline Sherwin

Noeline was born in Napier , New Zealand and moved to Melbourne in 1969. She exhibited lino cuts and watercolours of Australian flora successfully at the Wildlife Arts Society of Australasia exhibitions during the 1980s. Her work is included in private collections in Australia and overseas. She exhibited at ‘The Art of Botanical Illustration’ exhibitions in Melbourne in 2000, 2002, and 2004, and at The Australian Guild of Realist Artists in 2004, and has sold work in the Gardens Shop, RBGM. Ray Choate’s “Illustration Index to Australian Art”, a LaTrobe University Library publication, 1990 is illustrated with seven of Noeline’s floral linocuts.
