A contemporary botanical illustrator based in Melbourne . Rita Parkinson graduated in Fine Arts from Central St Martins School of Art.London.UK, and in Art History from the Courthauld Institute, London University . She has exhibited w idely in Australia , NZ , UK and the USA . She has w ork in Private and Corporate collections. Most recently subjects have come from the Agave, Cycad and Palm families. Gouache, tempera and w atercolour are her chosen media.
