Sally Armfield
Born Melbourne 1960, Sally's formal training is in Textile Design and she has been working in Industry, specializing in printed fabric design since 1986. Her keen interest in gardening and horticulture, combined with her design and painting skills has resulted in a passion for the art of botanical illustration, with a special interest in Australian indigenous species. Taught and inspired by artist Dianne Emery, she has successfully exhibited at The Art of Botanical Illustration at the National Herbarium in 1998 and 2000, Catanach's Antiques and Art in 1999, and 'City Bound Art Space' Banyule in 2001.
