Morag Newman
Morag has a background in the natural sciences and is a keen gardener herself, who has visited several overseas botanical gardens. She began her studies at Burnley under Dianne Emery and continues her explorations at the Friends Illustration Group. She exhibited successfully with the Friends for the first time in 2000. Some of her work is held in the USA and UK. She specialises in portraying the cycle of growth in plants, as well as collecting volumes of botanical illustrations.
