Miriam Blight
Miriam is a graduate of Swinburne University of Technology completing a four year course in art and design some years ago. More recently she studied Botanical Illustration with Dianne Emery at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Melbourne and her love of painting and drawing combined with an appreciation of flowers and plants has developed into an absorbing challenge. Miriam's other interests are embroidery and textile crafts, floristry, gardening and teaching. Her work was exhibited at The Art of Botanical Illustraion 2000 exhibition and more recently at the Benalla Art Gallery. Her work is now in private collections in Victoria and interstate.
