Marina Albert Marina studied art throughout her secondary schooling completing art as a final year subject. She attended a semester at Anita Bartley's class in botanical illustration at V.C.A.H. Burnley in 1991 and studied botanical illustration with Jenny Phillips. She joined the Friends of the Vic. Royal Botanic Gardens Illustrators Group in 1992 and has exhibited with that group at the National Herbarium (1992, 94, 96 and 98). She has also exhibited successfully at the Hamilton Art Gallery, Kirra Australia Gallery Southgate (1999), and at Whitehill Gallery (2001) as well as at other local galleries, art shows and the Sotherby's Decorator Show House at The Observatory, Royal Botanic Gardens (1996). Marina's works are represented in private collections in Victoria, interstate and overseas. Marina is interested in the details of cones, small nuts, fruits and flowers.
