Jennifer Taranto

After 25 years as an artist Jennifer has mastered a variety of mediums from pen and ink to pastel, pencil, watercolour, acrylic and oils and has also worked in 3 dimensional sculpture, paintings and collages. She lives between Melbourne and Apollo Bay, exhibiting in many galleries and restaurants and has had solo shows and many commissions from private and corporate clients both in Australia and overseas. Recently a number of her botanical works have been reproduced as Giclee prints. Jennifer has illustrated publications including: "Exotic Tree Fruit for the Australian Home" by Glen Tankard and "249 Species of Australian Trees" by Leonard Cronin. She enjoys the challenge of painting botanical subjects but feels she must also pursue her other artistic interests.
