Helene Wild
Represented in private and corporate collections worldwide, including the Castlemaine Art Gallery in rural Victoria and the botanic art collection of the RBG Melbourne, Helene's work adorns a range of commercial products including cards, stationery, placemats, decals and ceramics. In 1999, she was appointed permanent Resident Artist for the Habitat Trust and was allocated space for her own botanic art gallery. Helene's work for Trust celebrates the indigenous flora of Melbourne's west, and the plants that are featured in the Basaltica WaterWise Garden. Always looking for a different approach, Helene's work often extends the boundaries of traditional botanic art.
