Beverly Allen
Beverly studied fashion design and commercial art at East Sydney Art School. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sydney University in 1995, majoring in Fine Arts and has been studying botanical art since 1997. Her career has included working as a packaging designer, advertising artist, freelance graphic designer and illustrator and recently botanical artist painting for private commissions and exhibitions. Beverly has exhibited at the Sydney "Botanica" exhibition since 1999, The Art of Botanical Illustration 2000 Exhibition, The American Society of Botanical Artists and the Horticultural Society of New York's 3rd Annual International Juried Botanical Art Exhibition" and several other well known Australian and American exhibitions over the past two years.
