Jacqy’s background is in Science. She originally studied Genetics, then later became a Math's teacher, and has always been interested in Botany. After retiring, Jacqy decided to try more creative activities, including art and patchwork and quilting. She has been studying Botanical Art with Dianne Emery for about five years now.
Jacqy has exhibited in the Garden’s Shop, in Friend’s shows and in student exhibitions in Camberwell as well as in the last ‘Art of Botanical Illustration’ exhibition.
