The Gardens Shop reflects what the Gardens are about: nature orientated with a botanical theme. The Gardens Shop is packed with gorgeous offerings from botanically-inspired homewares, gifts and stationery to a children’s section, which offers a wide range of clothing, plush toys and nature-based educational games.

A major feature of the Gardens Shop is the gallery which features botanical art by successful and emerging Australian artists and an extensive book section. Many of the books and publications on display are written by Royal Botanic Gardens staff on botany, gardening and horticulture.

The Gardens Shop operates with the philosophy that "every product tells a story". Most of our Australian made products have a fascinating history behind their creation and we are pleased to showcase their stories. We also offer an exclusive branded range of tableware and gourmet jams and sauces with vintage botanical drawings that date back to the late 1700s .          

 All royalties from the sales of the branded products directly go towards assisting the  Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne to advance the knowledge, conservation and enjoyment of plants.
