Family: Malvaceae
Climatic Zone: Temperate Australia, hardy and adaptable
Plant Type: Medium to tall spreading shrub
Soil Type: Well drained light to heavy soils, semi shade to sun
Maximum Height: 1-2.5m
Propagation: Seed or cuttings, strikes easily
Flowering Period: October to March, mauve to deep purple. This native plant flowers almost constantly. It is hardy and quick growing and will maintain its upright growth, if pruned back hard regularly.
