A Parade of Planets

Learn more about the stars and planets as you gaze through the historic telescopes at the Melbourne Observatory with the knowledgeable guides from the Astronomical Society of Victoria.

Jupiter will be well placed for viewing in March and April and will be sinking into the western twilight by May.

Suitable for families with children aged 8 years and above.

When:

Every Monday in autumn (except 11 March & 1 April)

9 – 10.30pm during March
8 – 9.30pm during April and May

Where:
Meet at the Melbourne Observatory, outside the Visitor Centre at Observatory Gate.

$18 adult, $14 concession, Friends member
$50 family of 5
(2 adults and up to 3 children)
