How to Shop Online

Shopping online at the Gardens Shop is simple – just click on the link to your right, add items to your cart and check out using our secure ANZ E Gate payment system or Paypal.

Shipping is automatically calculated in the shopping cart and includes a handling fee, registered post and delivery confirmation.

Refunds

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products still in their original sale condition on presentation of the original Gardens Shop sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Overseas Returns

Please contact us prior to returning goods to the Gardens Shop. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the goods we will:

• Refund the original cost of goods to the original credit card used to place the order
• Refund the original delivery charges and the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card if the return is a result of our error

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and the Gardens Shop. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
