A Taste of Harmony at Cranbourne
The team at Cranbourne Gardens gathered today for a very special lunch as part of A Taste of Harmony.
A Taste of Harmony celebrates diversity in Australian workplaces by encouraging colleagues to share food and stories from different cultural backgrounds from across the globe.
Today, more than 20 staff brought along and shared a home-made dish that reflected their cultural background.
The diverse range of dishes included Black Pudding (English), Oliebollen and Frikindel Special (both Dutch), Chicken and herb dumplings (Vietnamese), Pansit (Filipino), Boxty (Irish), Cullen Skink fish soup (Scotland), Gazpachio (Spanish), and Foni boakiba (Maldives).
A lovely afternoon was had by all and plans are already underway for A Taste of Harmony in 2016!
