Yoga among the trees
Calm the mind and tone the body with yoga in the Australian Garden. Yoga is valuable in promoting health, improving concentration and overall well-being. Health benefits are derived from the slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, suppleness and mental alertness. Anyone regardless of age or level of fitness can participate in the sessions. These sessions are lead by a fully-qualified YMCA instructor at a variety of locations within the Australian Garden. This program is proudly conducted by the Victorian YMCA in Casey in conjunction with Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne.
Every Wednesday in summer (except 25 December, 1 and 8 January) 10.30 – 11.15am
