The Gardens Produce – Nature’s Garden in a Jar

The tourism award winning Gardens Shop at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne has extended its ever-popular food range: The Gardens ProduceNature’s Garden In A Jar.

Six new products have been added to the stable of 16 existing products. All are available at the Gardens Shop as well as David Jones, Myer and selected delis around Australia.

The new products feature classical tastes such as the Classic French Vinaigrette, as well as the more exotic tastes of Asian Fusion and Honey Soy Dressing. Mustard lovers don’t miss out with the new Macadamia Nut Mustard, Classic Grain Mustard and Avocado Mustard, which are all flavoursome and appetising.

The existing 16 produce items include Seville Orange Marmalade and Apricot Conserve, Peach Melba Conserve, Eggplant and Chilli Chutney, Spicy Indian Relish and Cranberry and Muscat Sauce. Flavours of Italy are also available with the rich and appetising Provincial Pasta Sauce and Napoli Pasta Sauce.

The Gardens have teamed up with a quality food manufacturer, Country Cuisine, in Victoria’s rural Daylesford to produce the exclusive range. All products are handmade using all natural ingredients, with no artificial colours, preservatives or flavours.

The packaging and label designs are unique for each of the 22 products in the range. The authentic botanical images on the labels have been sourced from archival images held at the Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, with some of these images dating back to the late 1700s. The majority of the label images are Australian flora, with each one containing the botanical name of the plant illustrated.

The GARDENS Produce is currently available for $8.95 RRP.
