Student filming

Student filming at Royal Botanic Gardens is permitted under strict conditions. All requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to commencement of the shoot and must be accompanied by a completed Student Filming Request Form (MS Word - 190 kb) with full details of the shoot.

Please send the completed forms to Marketing and Communications Branch.  

Student shoots are classed as groups under 8 with hand held equipment only. Any variation to this is at the Gardens discretion.

Note: A completed application form does not constitute the permission to film. If the shoot is approved, you will be sent an official Royal Botanic Gardens Filming Permit, which must be kept with you for the duration of the shoot.
